Bumi Lima Saudara carries a personal meaning. “Bumi” — the earth — symbolizes our ambition to build something grounded, significant, and lasting in the property industry.
“Lima Saudara” — five brothers — reflects the family roots of our founders, who grew up among five brothers and chose to build their legacy together.
Our Story
The journey began in 2016, when Mochammad Novel Martak laid the foundation of the company with projects in Malang.
Our Journey
Starting with Cluster Semanggi and D’Lavender, both along the Soekarno Hatta corridor.
From those first projects, the company grew into a full-spectrum construction and property development firm, committed to excellence and integrity in every space we build.
